At T1 Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is as effortless as your personal style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your T1 Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
